Information we collect

We may collect account and contact information, the business name and location you choose, pathway selections, saved progress, documents or notes you intentionally enter, support messages, suggestions, purchase and entitlement records, and technical information needed to operate and secure the service.

Information you should not enter

Do not store Social Security numbers, bank credentials, payment-card numbers, health records, background-check records, government identification images, or other highly sensitive personal information in Academy workspaces or suggestion forms.

How we use information

We use information to authenticate accounts, provide and personalize Academy features, preserve progress, fulfill purchases, answer support requests, maintain source and product updates, prevent abuse, improve reliability, and meet legal obligations.

Payments and service providers

Payment-card information is handled by our payment processor and is not stored in Academy page code. We may use service providers for authentication, data hosting, payments, email, support, security, and website operations. They receive only the information reasonably needed to provide those services.

Local device storage

The Academy may store theme choices, pathway selections, quiz progress, and other workspace preferences in your browser. Clearing browser storage can remove unsynced local progress.

Sharing and sale

We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information to service providers, when you direct us to, to protect the service or another person, or when legally required.

Retention and choices

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain business and security records, and meet legal obligations. You may request access, correction, export help, or deletion review by contacting support. Some records may be retained where required for billing, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or law.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Use a unique password and protect access to your email account.

Children

PublicProof Academy is intended for adults building or operating businesses and is not directed to children under 13.
