Consent

Providing a phone number alone does not enroll you in marketing messages. When an opt-in form includes SMS consent language and you agree, you authorize the message types stated in that disclosure. Consent to marketing texts is not a condition of purchase.

Message types and frequency

Messages may include requested follow-up, account or purchase notices, appointment reminders, support updates, deadline reminders, and optional educational or promotional messages covered by your consent. Frequency varies with your activity and selections.

Charges

Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt out and help

Reply STOP to unsubscribe. You may receive one confirmation message. Reply HELP for assistance or email support@publicproofai.com. After opting out, you must opt in again before recurring texts resume.

Privacy

We do not sell your mobile number. Information may be shared with messaging and service providers only as needed to deliver and manage the messages you requested, or when legally required. See the Privacy Policy for more information.
